It also offers private parking and an alarmed garage, perfect for storing bicycles and beach items.
The villa features a spacious living room with high ceilings, a Smart TV, and WIFI throughout the property. The rustic kitchen is fully equipped and includes a small laundry area. The dining room, which seats 8 people, opens directly to the back garden, where you'll find a jacuzzi, sun loungers, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower, creating the perfect setting to enjoy the Mediterranean climate.
On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms: one with twin beds and access to a private terrace, another family room with a double bed, crib, and changing table, and a master suite with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.
