Villa Coster is a property with private pool, spectacular views of the mountains and walking distance to Pollensa town.
This wonderful rural country house is set on the side of the mountain Puig Maria in Pollensa. From here you enjoy wonderful views over the historic town of Pollensa and the surrounding areas.
The villa offers 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sitting room, dining room and kitchen. From the kitchen there is access to the swimming pool area (security door especially for children).
The swimming pool is located on a terrace built of typical Mallorcan stones. Here you will enjoy relaxing sun loungers and a refreshing swim in the pool. In the BBQ area you will find another kitchen with wood-fired oven and open fire place.
It is only a 15 minute walk to Pollensa town itself. For your comfort there is AC/ heating, satellite TV, DVD player, hifi system, washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher.
Eco-tax not included. 2€ + 10% VAT per adult per night.
