We welcome you to Can Garroverar, a traditional Majorcan house that is typically characterized by its rustic and authentic charm located in the heart of Pollença. The property sleeps up to 6 people.
The house is divided into two separate living spaces, each with their own unique characteristics. The property consists of one entire standalone house, which is not shared with anyone else. Although there are two facades representing two separate houses, when you make a reservation, the entire property is exclusively reserved for your group only. You will have complete privacy during your stay.
The first part of the house, which is the main living space, features a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals. The living room is also an inviting space, with comfortable seating and natural light pouring in through the windows. Two of the bedrooms are located in this part of the house, one of which has an en-suite bathroom that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. The other bathroom has a shower and has all the necessary amenities.
The second part of the house is a separate living space that offers privacy and independence to its occupants. It includes a bedroom, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. This space is perfect for guests who value privacy or a family member who wants their own living room.
One of the most notable features of this traditional Mallorcan house is its outdoor area. The jacuzzi and rest area is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the good weather that Pollensa offers. The seating area offers a shaded space to enjoy meals or read a book, while the jacuzzi offers a place to soak and relax after a long day of exploring the island.
