There is plenty of parking space in the street outside the villa. the entrance has a small porch. The entrance front door to the property, opens into a elegant hallway with high exposed beamed celling with seating and a sweeping staircase leading to the first floor.
The combined lounge and dining area are furnished to high standards.
The properties offers a good size kitchen with dark wood units and a marble worktop, along with modern appliances. A large family dinner table with access to the pool area.

On the first floor you have a bathroom, double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, also the 2nd double bedroom that has an en-suite bathroom. The double bedroom with the en-suite also has a small private front facing balcony and one of the twin bedrooms has access to the large rear terrace overlooking the pool and mountains.

On the ground floor you can also find a shower room plus an outside shower room by the BBQ area.

The garden and pool (28ft x 14ft depth 3ft - max 7ft) area has the most amazing views looking over the Puig de Maria mountain. The proeprty offers a great BBQ area with also a outdoors electrical oven and plenty of preparation space. There is a large covered terrace with table and chairs.

·Eco-tax not included. 2€ + 10% VAT per adult per night.

·To secure booking: 30% deposit payable on booking with balance payable 60 days prior to your arrival.
